This paper will define a brief summation of the research work I will carry out for XYZ corporation.

XYZ Corporation is a leading car manufacturer having 51 manufacturing facilities in 28 countries with a presence in 6 continents and 171 plus countries. We are in the market last 75 years but still maintain our leadership through product innovation, good strategy, continual improvement in processes and giving an extraordinary customer experience.

I will discuss the leadership of XYZ corporation and its strengths which will include a discussion on how “XYZ corporation leadership is well founded and prepared for success in the future” by ensuring the following:

Further, I will conduct a detailed analysis of the leadership styles and their implication on the growth of the organization and how the management style impacts organization effectiveness and employee performance.

A comparative study of similar competing automobile giants will be added to show the strengths and weakness in operating in different macro environments. The PESTLE Study will be added to discuss the global scenario and the organization growth under the different generations’ leaders.

The differentiation of closely managed promoter organization versus professionally run corporate will be added to understand the leadership dynamics and its business impact.
