Answer (b) : The collaboration negotiation strategy will best suit this case because both the parties are in different functions and both functions has limitation in getting the desired value for their functional execution. Thus collaboration is the best option among them and they can collaborated with each other and understand the issues and limitation of each other and then they can work together for the organization.
