a) from given table probability that Delta Airline flight has an on time arrival =0.865

b)as there are 3 airlines listed in top where case of mishandled bags are less then 2 ; therefore

probability that airline has less then 2 mishandled bags per 1000 customers =3/10 =0.3

c)as there are 5 airlines with more then 1 customer complaint per 1000 customers;

therefore probability =5/10 =0.5

d)probability that Air Tran Airways flight will not arrive on time =1-probability it will be on time =1-0.871=0.129
