According to the graph there has been a huge decrease in the Unusually cold days over the past 70 years. Especially in the western side, there have been 15-25 days which are hotter than the 5 percentile factor every year, i.e. the Unusally colder days are experienced lesser on the western side. In the central part there have also been decrease in number of colder days but it is still more than that of the western side. There have been very few places where the number of colder days have increased.
