okay. so for 1 i am completely lost. please give me simple kind of example problems. so i can understand easily
and for 2a. i found the cross product to be < -6-s , 2 , s+4 > THE "S" IS NOT A TYPO. it is suppose to be a variable.
but after that i get confused because i dont know how to verify that it is perpendicular.
i was about to use the vector i found and cross it with a = 0 and do the same thing and cross it with b = 0
but i dont understand how to do it with a variable.
