In this method 1st we find min value and allocate the carresponding min unit in demand or supply . in this example value of supply is min so corresponding row will delete and substract from the corresponding demand colunm. then also find min value and do same procedure till all colunms or rows delete, and value of allocated units multiply by where that values allocate that cell cost and add all then we get totol minimum cost.
