The organisational culture is the psychological environment of an organisation based on beliefs, perceptions and values inbuilt inside the organisation.

* The authoritative perspectives on the organizational management issue can be described as follows:-

a). If in a very short span of time, certain system needs to be implemented.

For example: Implementation of automation for a manual process across organisation. Then in this case authoritative kind of leadership and management is required to push the team and implement the idea across organisation.

b). There are different means through which authoritative management can be implemented like bureaucratic power, coercion power and expertpower.
