here x1 = 27*10 = 270

x2 = 38 (as it is in 1000 of dollar)

x3 = 0 (female)

x4 = 1 (white)

x5 =14

x6 = 1 (left of center)

x7 = 3(upper middle class)

x8 = 0

x9 = 0

hence

y^ =  3.60 -0.01 *270 + 0.01 *38 + 0.12 +0.02 *14-0.04-0.01*3

= 1.61

b) if hispanic x4 = 0

hence

y^ = 3.60 -0.01 *270 + 0.01 *38 +0.02 *14-0.04-0.01*3 = 1.49
