In brief, the office of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology sciences (OPBS) of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) needs a budget tracking system in place between their five offices so they can accurately account for their expenditures. Currently, each office has their own way of tracking which is causing for complaints in their reporting, duplication of efforts in trying to reconcile purchases and expenses as well as even the loss of financial transaction.

Some of the issues the senior administration will face when trying to develop a unified budget tracking system will be each office agreeing on the method. I imagine the conversation will not necessarily be smooth sailing since the offices are accustomed to their different systems. I also imagine that it will be a huge adjustment for each office to learn the new system, therefore, running into errors again.

The pros and cons reflect my answer for (A). The pros would be that there would be a unified system in which all offices could easily stay on track with one another and lessen their chances of error on expenditures. The cons would be the struggle of agreeing on a system and learning the system. Furthermore, due to the system making it clear on what is being done wrong, such as complaints in their reporting, they will be doing more work as a result.

If I were a senior administrator, I would pull up reports displaying where errors were made. I hope to fully explain to the importance of reporting correctly and reconciling all expenditures.   

The development of a unified budget tracking system improves public health by reducing errors, providing comprehensive data and overall information for analysis purposes. Furthermore, each office being on the same system would allow for easier communication when discussing reports and for all administrators to be on the same page.

The digital transformation is continues to transform the healthcare data management system and also makes easier to manage the data system of the pharma organisation.To control the account for the expenditure cost and panning cost need to adopt the unified digital tracking system within different branch.The digital tracking systems will improves the productivity and and to control the cost in the pharma industry.This includes the analytic ,data technology ,and the venture capital.the best way to succeed in this competitive era need to digitize and need the transformation in the operating models and also be ready to adopt the new technology to empower the culture and capabilities of the Company..

There is a challenge to integrate the different medical records under one system.However in this modern era there is more possibility to take all the account records in one system and to process those .which is cost effective and the error free.However the adaption of the digitization in the account system brings the data transparency and data aggregation of all the branches also easy to maintain as well.To achieve this the pharmaceutical and drug companies should uncover the distinct insights.the insight will drive the technology and strategy which will help to integrate the all the data from different sources to support the business. the biggest transformation and the methodology is Agile which will strongly Leeds to success. the pharma Companies should shift the mind set ,culture ,capability and ability of adaption .
