Question
I am always open to learn as much as possible. Statistics is used in many career fields, it is important to understand how it applies to each of our career fields. We can also have people that we work with on a project that may use statistics as much, or more than we do. As a manager, we have to understand what other peoples jobs are and how statistics is used in their jobs. When we understand others we work with, we are better able to work as a team and understand one another. I believe that there are many great uses for statistics and it should be used. Statistics is a great tool to help in data collection. This data can be a very important in coming to conclusions to aid in decision making. There are many factors to always analyze and consider before any decision is to be made. This decision making takes a lot of time and careful thought and input from educated and trusted team members. As we gather all the data and facts we are better able to see the clearest direction to take in our decision making. There are times that difficult decisions have to be made. Sometimes those decisions affect other people's lives. Doing are due diligence will make these decisions, become more clear.Explanation / Answer
