Activity 11-8 Develop training guidelines. Based on your personal experiences as a trainee or student (a recipient of training), describe some common mistakes you have observed trainers or instructors make that you would add to the suggestions for trainers listed in Figure 11-6. Which of the guidelines in the chapter or ones you added do you think will be the most difficult for you when you lead a training activity?
Step 3: Present the Training The training presentation should follow the structure the trainer planned during Step 2. If a trainer has done a good job in the planning and preparation steps, the actual presentation of the training is likely to be effective and satisfying to both the trainer and the trainees. Engaging the audience by making two way communication : As each member in audience is different in sense of interest and knowledge level. Delivering the training in such a way that its provide enough interest and value to each trainees of training is very tough task. Trainer has to choose his words, way of delivering , humors level, skills to be taught etc. which depends on interest level of audience and it should be dynamic and changes depending on requirement at that moment.
