My comments on the following:
Q1) We can clearly see that out of all colleges,
Spread of A, C, F is very high. Of B, D, and E not that much
Centers ( medians) of A D C and F are not that skewed whereeas for B and E they are quiet skewed
Outliers - B, E and A has them, looking at those long whiskers compared to length of the box. whereas C D and F have relatively smaller whiskers
Q2) If I wanted to choose 1 college among the 6 I would have choosen D plot. I would have choosen that because it non skewed, and has the highest mean %grad_on_time.
Q3) Between B and F, clearly B is more skewed. Therefore I would have choosen F
