She asks that your company sponsor her organization's honors banquet, which will be the highlight of the Association's fall meeting. In her letter, Ms. Purrott notes that the Association appreciates BLA's support over the years. She notes also that, in recognition of past support, she has given BLA a most favorable location for its display booth (near the entrance). She hopes you will look upon this request to sponsor the banquet as a most favorable recognition of BLA's support over the years. By helping to honor the leading educators in the Association," she notes. "BLA would project a well-deserved image of education leadership to the membership. The name Business Learning Aids would be prominently emphasized at the banquet. The benefits to BLA would more than offset the $9,000 investment involved." You appreciate all the cooperation Marilyn has given you in the past, and you'd like to help in this case, but you can't. The money simply isn't in your budget. Already you are committed to hosting a morning coffee break at the IBTA meeting. Dear Ms. Purrott,
We at Business Learning Aids Inc. (BLA) are extremely honored to be associated with your association since over a decade. Teacher’s are and will always be fundamental to an individual’s development and your association has always pioneered several State of Art projects for teacher’s development. All your programs have brought teaching industry to a more professional and desirable level wherein the remunerations have been immensely increased by the government so that today’s youth do not shy away from joining this sane industry. Your great organization has moved favorable government policies in respect to this industry. BLA has always acknowledged being closely associated with all your policy events, news announcements or felicitation programs. All your events form the most important part of our organizations sponsorship programs.
BLA’s board in its recently concluded conference has curtailed the budget on sponsorship programs as the firm has suffered significant financial loss in our overseas affiliations. Thus any sponsorship program as big as yours needs approval directly from the top management who in the present scenario will not be inclined for granting such approvals. Thus being a management glitch at our end we would have to pass this significant opportunity of being highlighted at IBTA’s honors banquet for the fall gatherings.
IBTA has had several events in the spring season which are attended by teacher’s/professors across the globe. We would present ourselves to furnish us the opportunity to partner you for the spring meetings which will be our honor. Always looking forwards to be associated with all your annual seminars/events.
