At the end of week 2, only student 8 prevails as brilliant

Over the course of 10 weeks, we see that person 8 is prevalent is week1, 3 and 9 in week 3, 2 and 11 in week four and so on.

Hence person-weeks are : 1 person in week1, 2 in week3, 2 in week4, and 1 each in weeks 7.9 and 10

So, person-weeks are 1*1+2*3+2*4+1*(7+9+10) = 41
