H0:  presence of atleast one tatoo and gender are independent

Ha:  presence of atleast one tatoo and gender are dependent.

Type 1 error happens when null hypothesis is true and we reject it,

Type 2 error happens when null hypothesis is false and we do not reject it,

here it can be like when presence of atleast one tatoo and gender are related and we retain the fact that they are independent of each other.
