The regression equation is
Quiz Grade(y) = 10.6 + 1.09 Head Width (X)

Give X = 4 then the prediction value of grade is

Quiz Grade(y) = 10.6 + 1.09 Head Width (4) =  14.96

Give X = 5 then the prediction value of grade is

Quiz Grade(y) = 10.6 + 1.09 Head Width (5) = 1605

Residual error = 16.05 - 17 = -0.95
