Each column represents the number of people in the sample who have a college education, only a high school education, or less than a high school education. Each cell is the frequency of observations in each cross-classification, for example, 170 observations in this sample are non-veterans with only a high school education.

What can you tell about people who are currently or have previously been in the military? What about people who have never served in the military? If you know that someone in the sample does not have a high school diploma, what must also be true about them? Any other patterns you can see?

Here we can tell about people who are currently or have previously been in the military that they are highly educted and all of them are High school passed or college passed. But, there is chance that they remain only high school passed and there is less probability that they will pass the college as compared to non- veterans.

The people who never served in military is homogenous group where, one can find people who are not high school passed and also only high school passed and college graduates. They tend to more like college graduate as they have time to pursue their education.

If we know the someone in the sample doesn't have a high school diploma, he MUST HAVE BEEN A NON-MILITARY person.

Here we can see that there is downfall in military personnel to complete their college study, as basic requirement to join army is high school diploma and due to lower ge recruitment, there is less tendency to complete graduation among military men,
