Hello XXX Retailer,
I had ordered equipment from your website on 04/10/2018, reference order number 124. The equipment ordered was a projector and a projection screen. The order was delivered to me today - 04/16/2018. After unpacking the package, I observed the equipment received is damaged and cannot be used for the purpose intended, a business presentation in another two days. The projector's electrical wiring is broken and the projection screen had marks all over it, rendering it unsuitable for use during the presentation. Please see the attached photos with this email as proof of damage.
I have been a regular customer of your website and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of products delivered and level of service. In general, the equipment must be checked for damage before packaging and handled carefully so that they do not get damaged in transit. I would like to bring to your notice that package was not marked fragile and may have been damaged in transit.
I have an important business presentation to in two days with my partners to discuss future plans. I would request you to consider this case as highest priority at this moment and replace equipment within 24 hours. Also, arrange for collection of damaged equipment by today in case an inspection is required.In case you are not able to complete the replacement process within a day, I would have to raise a consumer complaint in the court as this may lead to a significant loss of my business.
