a) There is no linear relationship between the variables
since all the points are more scattered from the predicted straight line.
[if points are less scattered and exactly on strainght line, then there would be strong correlation]

c) if X = 1450, then Y = 108.5 - 0.0067 * 1450 = 98.785
d) Given r2 = 0.004 or 0.4%
it indicates there is only 0.4% explained variation is accounted of IQ on VOL
