Below are the null and alternate hypothesis
H0: mu = 24
H1: mu not equals to 24

As population sigma is not known, we should use t-test

alpha = 0.05
As this is two tailed test, there are two critical values: +/- 2.0096

Test statistics, t = (23.2 - 24)/(4.1/sqrt(50)) = -1.3797
