Interpretation

looking at the boxplots

we see that there are outliers , 1 each, for regions 2 and 3 in the positive direction as they are outside the upper whisker , denoted by "dots"

we also see the middle line in the box area, median line is lowest for region 2 and highest for region 4

also , we see that the median line is on the lower side for region 1 , hence the data is positively skewed for region 1
same is true for region 4

however region 2 and 3 are quite close to normal disritution
