ALternative Hypothesis : Difference in proportions are not same as suggested in study.

Here,

X2 = (O i  - Ei)2/Ei

For each value it is calulated and given in below table. ONe example is.

for Varterbrates & identified = (45000 - 5617)2/5617 = 276129

Here, X2 = 1959992.53

X2critical = X212 ,0.05  = 21.026

so here X2 > X2critical so we can say that Difference in proportions are not same as suggested in study.
