Describe a time when you had to work with a difficult person to complete a professional or personal project. How was the difficult person impacting the project?
I had to work and interact with my Team Lead on a daily basis and it was very challenging working with him because he was very demanding and critically analyzed each piece of work that went through him. He would be very happy if the team was able to complete the task on time and get appreciation from the senior leadership and was very determined and focus on the task assigned to him.He would impact the project by micromanaging and ensuring that each aspect was thoroughly looked into and there was no scope for any error.

Based on the MBTI I think he has an ENTJ Personality.

What is your personality type?
I believe my personality type is INTP because I believe in critically analyzing each and every scenario and try to be creative and innovative under different circumstances.Apart from that, I find it very amusing to look for patterns in things around me which has been found to be a trait predominantly present in INTP personality type.
