Explanation / Answer
As we generally change our mode of education and travel from an undergraduate to a graduate the w3ay of gaining education changes. If we look at the environment we witness in high school and in university we will notice that there is a strong difference and the basis difference is as we grow up we will see that the quantity of competition decreases while the quality increases. Individuals start taking education seriously because they now know that there is very less chance to come back and one mistake may lead to a huge loss. If we look at our education system we will see that as we grow higher, education become a way to understand our future ventures, initially it is all about learning and how we learn and remember but gradually its all about learning for a better job or profession.
The level of communication and collaboration generally decrease because everybody is in a competition mode where everybody has to succeed for a better future and friends may generally turn into competitors.
