Work specialization plays a very crucial role in development of any department and it have a significant place in the development of whole organization.Work specialization is a technique which is designed to divide the work of the individual in the seperate task.In this case Jack's key responsibility is to ensure the maintenance of the inside building premise and the outside premise.His responsibilities are not limited to this only he had to perform various other task also like selecting the water plant for the students,removing of snow at the winter season,maintenance of the green house effect for the nursery in the college premises etc.. All these tasks needs a supervision and for that he played a role of supervisor and had to see that the work is done on time and with great efficiency.
