Aside from the disparate systems, the presenter in the video discusses how the choice of a data model remains driven by business specifications and requirements.

Yeah we agree with the feed back given.The goal of the enterprise -wide hadoop project is to migrate all of these disparate sources and forms of tdata onto one common platform. the prospects of this project are very exciting but in challenge in its development has been the design of a data model that meets the requirements of all impacted buisness lines.
