Decide on the number of bins, say 10.

Range for each bin as (Maximum -minimum)/10

same bands may not be applicable to syd as the minimum temp is 68.7 and the maximum temp of syd is 56.44

However may be we can use the same range for each bin ( 0.86)

c)

Syd is more bell shaped and are almost normal distribution.

whereas NYC has three peaks. It is heavy at the middle and is left skewed. More observations are at the left hand side.
