Is there a relationship between buying organic produce and having a college degree for males and females? A random sample of 1,077 U.S. adults was obtained. Of those females sampled without a college degree 114 buy organic produce while 212 do not buy organic produce. Of those females sampled with a college degree 125 buy organic produce while 154 do not buy organic produce. Of those males sampled without a college degree, eighty-five buy organic produce while seventy do not buy organic produce. Of those males sampled with a college degree, 165 buy organic produce while 152 do not buy organic produce. At the 2.5% significance level, what conclusion can be reached? For migraine sufferers, is there an association between gender and relief from a migraine with a cold or hot compress? From a random sample of 600 migraine sufferers, 192 females received relief using a hot compress while 208 females received relief using a cold compress.
