When you provide training, you need to remember multiple information or instructions.In order to be effective, your training session should be engaging and informative. If you are not prepared to give your training session without your presentation aids, you may end up forgetting some important information or instruction. It may also be boring for the audience to concentrate for a long time on what you are communicating.
It is clear that a visual aid helps the audience in understanding concepts in a better way and remembering the facts in an easier manner.
