Based on the current situation, I will try to motivate my employees. My speech towards them is explained as below

1.In business, up and downs are very common, we know that our company’s stock decreased by 20% since an E-coli outbreak since 2015, we can predict the future, maybe we can good results in the future and stock value maybe increased again. It is possible and I know strengths of every person, you all have that mush of courage. Don’t lose confidence on company, company always provides best benefits to employees and now we are critical situation, you are only save the company from this damage.

2.We had bad publicity because of mice infestation, this problem is not permanent one, mice menace can be controlled by government in a short period.

3.Mr. Mark Crumpacker will be removed for his illegal activity (drug trafficking). Company has no relation with this activity that is his personnel problem.

4.So try to support the company to get previous position in the market, this is your turn to give something in terms of support to your and our company
