Value is what makes people ready to business with you. Value isn't fixed . It varies from person to person. For exa, what the value means for the customer may not be the same for employees and society. So it is little difficult to find out the exact amount of value that a person needs. Generating right value means it should be provided to all the stakeholders. Let me explain how the organizations generate value for all its stakeholders.
Shareholder Value: Shareholders will stay with the company if they get higher profit. Companies share a part of its revenue with the shareholders that ensures shareholders stay for a long period.
Employee Value: Employee value means a good working environment, cordial relationship with colleagues and the employer. Employees are satisfied when they get better benefits from the company in relation to their good performance.
Customer value: It means higher customer satisfaction, good service, higher benefits and a healthy relationship between customer and the organization.
Social value: An organization should contribute towards the benefit of society so that it can go a long way with the society.
But the question is how to create value for all stakeholders? It needs a lot of homework . The following ways can be followed to create values for all the stakeholders.
Lead the value that persists: When employees enter into the organization they need a motivative agent that can push their energy and excitation to work. They have eagerness to work but need some kind of inspiration. So the organization should help the employees in raising their confidence level to make them more energetic and responsible.
Manage the value what is generated: Managing values is the most powerful tool of an organization. The organization that have good ratings in customer satisfaction and good customer recommendation will make handsome revenues throughout the year. The customer value is the most important for the organization which should be well managed . Similarly other values like employee value and society value should be carefully managed.
Publicize the value: An organization that has good values should take the opportunity of sharing the value. If you share the value you will feel confident about your business and at the same time it inspires others.
Entrepreneurs play a vital role in value creation. They find value for themselves by creating value for the society and others who are associated with it. Entrepreneurs main focus is on satisfying customers by providing them quality service. Entrepreneurs are always on a continuous move to discover some new products which adds value to market and symultaneously multiply the profit margins. Some entrepreneurs are initially engaged in defining the genuine purpose of the company,i.e., the company's main purpose is to render genuine service to the society. The honesty serves as the mirror of the company.
