Zero of 5 means: (x-5)=0   ____(2)

Zero of -2 means: (x+2)=0   ____(3)

Comining (1), (2) & (3)

(x-3)(x-5)(x+2) = 0

=> (x2 - 3x - 5x + 15)(x+2) = 0

=> (x2 -8x +15)(x+2) = 0

=> x3 +2x2 - 8x2 -16x + 15x + 30 = 0

=> x3 - 6x2 - x + 30 = 0
