In the given problem all the 5 figures look alike but the top two figures have their all dimensions in a fixed ratio when compared to the original figure.

If we consider the two figures in the bottom one has a larger width while the other has a larger length .

In other words scaling only took place to some of the dimensions but not to all dimensions.

So, the last two images are not mathematically similar to original figure.
