After reading this case , i came to this conclusion that there is lack of some proper managerial implications like systematic operations management and gap in human resource management policies. I will recommend that there must be some standard training and development must be organized for various group of employees throughout their careers. A formal orientation must be given to the new hires so that they can be guided for regulatory as well as disciplinary provedures. There must be some core management team who will devise the code of ethics as well as a guidelines to maintain the sound working environment. Every , crucial aspect of human resources must be given prferences with the help of some responsibile managers. Customer related policies must be formulated with the help of each stakeholders like employees, legal resolutions and customers as well.
