tyler ate 10 pieces of large pizza

area of one piece = A = 1/ 2 r^2 theta

r = 16/2 = 8 inches

theta = 22.5 degrees = .3927

A = 1/2 (8)^2 * .3927 = 12.566

therefore, tyler ate 10*12.566 = 125.66 square inches

cassie ate 11 pieces

Area of 1 piece = 1/2 (13/2)^2 *.5236 = 11.06

cassie ate = 11*11.06 = 121.67 square inches

therefore , tyler ate more square inches of pizza
