"We strive to continually administrate timely opportunities and enthusiastically utilize enterprise-wide technology while promoting personal employee growth.” The statement lacks clarity about what an organization is best known for. It also lack the sense of attainment with the above statement. Every company promotes personal employee growth so how differently they are promoting them is not clear.

5. Following are the dangers of having flawed mission statement
:A) Varies understanding about the purpose or reason of existence in minds of employees
B) Incomplete business strategies
C) Wrong goal setting
D) One can not review the accomplishment with such mission statement
E) Poor Leadership development

6. In a organization with multiple units it becomes important to have clear understanding of units and main mission statement of a parent company. Otherwise it will affect the development of individual unit and the individuals who are working in such units.
Example: The mission statement of Narayana Health a multi chain of hospital is to deliver high quality, affordable healthcare services to the broader population in India. Now this is the mission statement of NH as organization and not of individual unit of NH. If individual unit keeps the same mission statement like its parent company then working parameters will alter. The individual unit have to define its catchment area and then have to define the roles for its employees in such a way that overall care is affordable in defined area. The contribution of such individual units will help to accomplish the mission of parent company at national level
