Healthcare company is very dynamic and complex and as we already know, it involved a lot of stakeholders who contribute to the development of the organization. For the same reason, this industry stands apart from other industries when it comes to stakeholder management. Every stakeholder involved in the business strategy of the company is important because they all play their roles and they are equally important to the overall performance of the organization. So we cannot neglect some of the stakeholders and consider only a set of them as important. The link between the stakeholders is essential for the normal functioning of the business. If the communication between the stakeholders is damaged then the flow of information will be affected and the organization will face strategic and operational problems. The healthcare organization involves internal stakeholders and external stakeholders and the organization needs to act as a bridge and maintain a good relationship with both the types of stakeholders. Any stakeholder will have the ability to influence the business and he can make an impact that is considerable. There is always interdependency among the business people of the organization and the stakeholders. the top management will always consider the stakeholders when they make any major business decision. So it is better to keep them all on the same table and give equal importance to avoid any negative impacts on the business and strategy.
