A psychologist investigates whether an intervention affects cardiac risk scores. Sixteen participants are randomly assigned to one of two groups. The intervention group is included in an informational session that describes the different factors that lead to cardiac disease. The control group receives no informational session. The two groups are then evaluated based or knowledge of factors associated with cardiac disease. This data set is further evaluated with the factor of gender. The lower the score indicates fewer errors on the evaluation.
