Explanation / Answer

In this specific situation briana acted ethically as it was the part of her job and her administration was responsible for ensuring her safety while she was beating the patient of ebola. As she doesn't have any specific training regarding treating the ebola virus patients, hospital should not have sent her to treat the patient which were involved in the specific cases. Even if she was sent for treating the patient, proper treatment should have been given to the nurse for this specific job. Buy whistle blowing and telling people about the specific terms was necessary as the administration was directly ignoring her efforts and complaints.
She should not be fired from texas presbyterian Hospital but the administration who was irresponsible and does not provided proper training to the nurse and ignored her complaints should be held responsible for this.
