Explanation / Answer
1. The cloud services that I utilize include cloud as data storage and cloud as a place to test application and use the cloud as a private space. I constantly utilize these services especially as data storage and app testing environment because it allows creating a secure environment that allows me o be able to access it from just about anywhere.
2. The guidelines that I use when using cloud posting includes using a file that is of a high quality like RAW instead of a format like JPEG which compresses the data. I also share all my business related information on Instagram utilizing photographs.
3. Good password guidelines include:-
a. Using both uppercase and lowercase character.
b. Using special characters and numbers.
c. Using a random password that does not include easy phrases and sensitive information like birthdays etc.
4. To keep track of all my passwords I use a password manager app like dashlane which allows me to easily save, update and manage passwords form all my accounts in one place and provides easy integration with safari and chrome which allow the password to be saved instantaneously.
