Explanation / Answer

I have been through several opportunities wherein I could have exceled in my professional field but due to certain shortcomings in my personal traits I was not able to excel in the career. One of the prime reasons which proved to be a hindrance in my successful career was procrastination. Procrastination is one of the worst personal attributes because of which I was not able to make good progress in my career.

I plan to remove the problem of procrastination in my life through proactive engagement in whatever work that I take up. I want to give best efforts in the jon that I take up in future and would like to perform best in it. I have identified the shortcomings in my approach towards life which has been possible to a great extent because of the effective management and leadership skills that I got to learn while pursuing the management course.

Any organziation will greatly benefit from a proactive and self-starter attitude which I would want to take up as one of my personal attributes. The way I am developing myself I hope to create a great impact both at the personal as well as at the organizational level.
