Explanation / Answer

1) Actually sexual assualt though unsocial but now its most common in every society wheather its backward or a high society. This movie is no way other than the sexual harrassments faced by the girls. Now rather than shocking , its painful . Any new incident gives us a shock but we are getting news on daily basis in the media,s and also getting feedbacks from the friends etc about this type of assaults.

2) Wheather its State university of Carolina, Ohio, or South carolina, in all the universities female students have expressed almost same type of experience that its a fully non cooperation from the college management. Its shocking to them that at the time of support they are getting treatments as like as punishments. What I have felt that colleges and universities are aware of their ratings standards and if its once proved that such incidents have happened then their reputations, rating etc will go down drastically . Some of the university also took students internationally and that too will drastically got hampered.

4) Yes definitely, students who are suffering from such trauma,s should get support from the university including counselling sessions, trauma therapies which are much more needed after facing the sexual assualts. Being a top management cadre or a faculty , in my opinion rather than suppressing the facts and continously blaming the girls students by finding a loophole like saying Why you have drunked and on that time you have given consent etc etc, giving punishments properly the male students who are actually responsibile for this case , would be quite good enough to maintain the reputatation of the university aswell as the faith of the students, and guardians. Nowadays everybody is aware of such incidents and guardians are always worried cabout their childrens , so if got support which required will definitely be a positive help to the society .

5) Scenerio is almost same all over the world and every university try to suppress the facts , and Western New England colleges are no way other than this. I have heard that even to get help from the professors regarding studies , or for research purposes female students needs to cooperate with the professor to get the guidance. Its pathetic but real.

6) Yes think that watching this film is necessary for the students before going to colleges because she should be aware of the internal environments and should always keep in mind the risks of getting too much friends without judging them . For guardians also its necessary to get the awareness thus to protect their girl childs from the scenerios from rapes, harrashments and assaults. If any such incidents happens how to tackle the situation mentally and what action they have to take , they should be mentally prepared only if they are aware of these situations.
