Howard Gardner in his book Frames of mind explained the theory of Multiple Intelligence where he proposed that everyone possesses all the eight intelligence such as musical-rhythmic, visual-spatial, verbal-linguistic, logical-mathematical, bodily-kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic but one or two will be dominant among them.

I think I have Verbal-linguistic, Bodily-Kinesthetic and Interpersonal intelligence more than the others. Verbal-linguistic is the ability to deal with the language and literature more and I have a flair for it. I read a lot of novels and I like writing blogs. I’m a sports person and I play soccer which forms the Bodily-Kinesthetic intelligence. I would say I’m skilled at the timing and I train myself to get used with the new skills. Interpersonal Intelligence helps me understand others better by sensing their feelings and emotions better. I’m a very good team player and communicate effectively with the team members to complete the tasks successfully.   

All these three skills put together helps me a lot in focusing on the task at hand, know more about people and events thus helping me understand and behave well with others. They enable me to look for more information by reading and implement it while I’m on a team task. Playing soccer helps me to stay fit and gives me a feel good factor which in turn helps me socialize with ease.
