It has to be UNIQUE
length should be 2 - 4 page preferably double spaced
This NOT a research paper -- I'm interested in your own personal experience in this area.
I wouldn't try pasting something from the Internet.
Also, if something doesn't feel right uses Turnitin.com which will let me know if your answer came from somewhere else.
N. B. Canvas has a wonderful new tool allowing me to give you much more and better feedback on these assignments if you attach it either as a doc, pdf, txt file.
Prejudice is a negative attitude toward people who belong to a specific social group. It is ultimately based on the exaggerated notion that members of other social groups are very different from members of our own social group. Keep two well-established points in mind:
Racial and ethnic groups are far more alike than they are different.
Any differences that may exist between members of different racial and ethnic groups are far smaller than differences among various members of the same group.
Do you agree or disagree with this statement and if so why?
Can you give some examples to support your thinking on this subject?
Could you tie this in with the situation at Abu Ghraib on Pp. 480-481?
I have this answer which does not work for me:

Explanation / Answer
The term prejudice needs no definition as it has already been defined quite clearly in the aforementioned question; but what can be capitalized on and elucidated further is the statement: "Racial and ethnic groups are far more alike than they are different."
To understand and give more standing to this statement, I would like to allude to what we call the Emic and Etic Perspective within Psychology.
Emic is when one culture is taken and their behavior is decompound with respect to their culture solely. That is, it is the in depth study of human behavior within a given culture specific context. For instance, a race could be taken into consideration, a city representative of the race, a tribe of that race, so on and so forth. It is the funnel treatment of understanding human behavior from the focal point of the culture in context.
Then we move on to Etic studies, wherein the universal human behavior is decompunded with respect to every culture, and from within the study of these cultures the common underlying of human behavior is established - the universal human behavior. The human behavior that is common to all irrespective of their ethnic or cultural context.
This makes it quite easy to understand and comprehend the phenomena of 'prejudice,' which takes place quite prolifically across the globe. The reason for prejudice, if taken into consideration, is a concept that is definitely not born out of the innate human characteristics, but from behavior that is learnt while staying within the construct of a given cultural society.
Note: The answer cannot be double spaced as each Chegg expert is a given an interface wherein the answer needs to be typed, but you can receive an answer for your question, of course.
And, attachment of either doc, pdf, txt file for the answers is strictly against Chegg policy, and make us lose our privileges. Diagrams, and hand written notes can be attached in the form of Jpg. but nothing more.
Abu Ghraib on Pp. 480-481 - there needs to be more information put, as the answer has potential of being skipped under more information needed.
Hope this answer gives an inkling into the direction that could be taken while viewing this answer, and helps you be unique as requested. :D
