There are four type of people: Ruler who are task oriented and they are controlling, Analyzer who are solution focused and they need lots of information and require time to process the information, Relaters who are people focused and they tell stories and add lots of information to the situation, and lastly Entertainer who need appreciation and they make lite of a situation.

So my questions are

What problems does each profile cause? when is it best to be a ruler, analyzer, entertainer, or relater?

Can you be more descriptive about each profile?

Which of profile would analyzer have the most difficulty with? and which of profile would analyzer be the most comfortable with?

Putting an example would be appreciated.:)

Ruler who are task oriented and they are controlling, Analyzer who are solution focused and they need lots of information and require time to process the information, Relaters who are people focused and they tell stories and add lots of information to the situation, and lastly Entertainer who need appreciation and they make lite of a situation. These four profiles have there own advantages and shortcomings.

For a Ruler, since he is the person who makes the plan and the overall head of the project or the assignment. This profile comes with a responsibility of handling everything from planning to meeting the deadlines and completing the orders on time. He is the person who is answerable to the opposite party. With responsibility there comes the bully nature of a ruler, he can be rude, bully, dominating, strict, and irritating about the small tasks person.

E.g. Managing Director of a company.

For an analyzer, they are the people who work with a huge amount of data and do all the technical work of assignment or the task alloted. This person wants all the required information on time and if the relators are lazy in that, the analyzer will have the main problem with this. On the other hand, he will be more comfortable with the ruler.

E.g Data scientist or the technical head for a startup

Relators have to be quick with their work and collecting data for the project.

E.g. Person doing a survey or collecting information in the startup.

The entertainer is a helping held in the entire project.

E. g. an intern in a start-up.
