These two challenges are faced by someone and must be overcome to bring the innovation to the world:  

The environment The leader has to create an environment with innovation as a center. Sharing ideas is heavily influenced by the offices, shared spaces or buildings they are in. Tom Kelly compares it with a greenhouse, where the circumstances are just right this has to be the workplace. Also, the hired people and the compilation of the groups are important.

Persuasion Managers are responsible for the collective hope of their teams. They have to go through, even when they are being rejected by others. Persuasion is needed to create and sell a product, to convince businesses and consumers; it fuels innovation.

Please provide two examples of workplace or society that you have encountered with these challenges.

Explanation / Answer

My father is a business man, he is into dealership. I often take him as an example of being a good leader. I have often him in taking meetings among suppliers and customers to talk about innovative techniques. Or even between his office staff for the innovative techniques. Persuation is required a lot for change of mindset, he has to pursue his staff to work out ideas or even his customers to by the products or the suppliers to deliver through good techniques etc.

In IBM, where I was working, we always had a meeting on friday called as fun friday. in which we openly discussed with our managers about the ideas.Our team leader used to encourage us to come with any new idea to excute even for juniors and he used to persuade his team as well for more goal of the goal oriented work.
