Should refrain from all types of harmful substances and activities, such as smoking, alcohol, and drug abuse. Fathers who avoid these activities will in result create a healthier environment for their unborn child and significant other, which will ultimately create the safest and most advantageous environment for a prenatal child to grow and develop into a matured human being.
