              Argument: No; the countries opposed to our form of government do not permit the free expression of our points of view in their territories.

                 Argument: No; if given full freedom of press and speech, opposition groups would cause serious internal strife, making our government basically unstable, and eventually leading to the loss of our democracy.

Explanation / Answer

The first argu,memnt is weak as it correlates an internal group of people with external country party system . Thje second arguments is still strong as it discusses the point in the light of the problem the government may suffer if it gives full freedom of press and speech. The limited or controlled freedon is suggested which goes well with the democracy . No country can provide absolute freedom of press and speech as this may be dangerous to economy.
