Reflecting culture and sub cultures are one of the key issues in our modern society and especially young generations are facing severe challenges to maintain both the cultures inside the home and outside the home. There is a huge gap in between the two scenerios which almost all the parts of world is facing these days.

Ways through which lifestyles should enriched with the cultures as it was in the earlier are giving values to the one,s own culture. Rather than criticizing the culture and adopting new ones , one should try to understand the reason for which it was developed earlier and how the society got benefitted from it.Besides, respecting the other cultures are also very much important to increase the respectancy level of one,s own culture. Third way to enhance the culture based lifestyle is to discuss and exchange the views in the society to bring amendments which are necessary.

to develop a good healthy lifestyle one should devote some time to culture and thus naturally an interest will grow and further once interest develops , a persons life style will automaticaly reflected by the values of the cultures and sub cultures.
