How much time should we allot?"

Explanation / Answer

1. It is important to clarify a team's purpose since it will help other team understand the goal of their own team's and other co-teams from the organization or concern. Team's purpose will also help the team members to set objectives and goal for themselves which in turn will help the organizatino to achieve its goals.

Once the task is asssigned, it is important that all the teams, team leaders and the respective team members have clarity in what they are going to execute, since if there is no clarity, there will be no synergy in the team and the team members will start working individually rather than working as a team.

For a team to be effective, the team members should have a thought process that is aligned to a common goal and thereby bringing in synergy.
